Please make sure that the download folder location is set to external storage, such as an SD card or USB.
External storage can have its own settings that make it difficult to download files larger than 4 GB to external storage at once.
Change the download folder location to internal storage to download files larger than 4 GB, or break them into smaller files and download them to external storage.
