Only if upgrading your subscription:
If you upgrade to a higher plan or change to a longer billing cycle, you will be refunded for unused days on your existing subscription and your new subscription will start immediately after payment.
Regarding full refund:
If you cancel your subscription with time left in your billing period, you can use Send Anywhere Email Add-on until the end of the billing period, and you don't get a refund of the payment you already paid.
You may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of your billing date, provided that there is zero data and service usage on your Send Anywhere account. To request a refund, please contact our Support Team with your Send Anywhere account.
- Please note that it is difficult to get a refund if you delete your account before the refund is completed.
- It will be a refund, excluding 1% of the pay commission.
- A refund will be made based on your requested date and time. Don't worry if you don't get a refund response within 7 days.
- Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
