Send Anywhere Email Add-on subscribers can change their plan or billing cycle at any time.
Upgrade your subscription
If you upgrade to a higher plan or change to a longer billing cycle, you will be refunded for unused days on your existing subscription and your new subscription will start immediately after payment. Once your new subscription begins, your billing information, including your payment date, plan, and billing cycle, will apply to all future charges.
✼ Upgrade to a higher plan: Lite plan → Standard plan
- Sign in to your account on Send Anywhere Website.
- Click your profile in the top right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click Plan.
- Click See all plans in the Your current plan section.
- Click Get Started for Standard plan.
- Confirm your payment information and then Click Payment.
✼ Change to a longer billing cycle: Monthly payment → Annual payment
- Sign in to your account on Send Anywhere Website.
- Click your profile in the top right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click Plan.
- Click See all plans in the Your current plan section.
- Click Move to an annual plan.
- Confirm your payment information and then Click Payment.
Downgrade your subscription
If you downgrade to a lower plan or change to a shorter billing cycle, your subscription fee will be paid for and a new subscription will start after the end of your existing plan's usage period. Once your new subscription begins, your billing information, including your payment date, plan, and billing cycle, will apply to all future charges.
✼ Downgrade to a lower plan: Standard plan → Lite plan
- Sign in to your account on Send Anywhere Website.
- Click your profile in the top right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click Plan.
- Click See all plans in the Your current plan section.
- Click Get Started for Lite plan.
- Confirm your payment information and then Click Payment.
✼ Change to a longer billing cycle: Annual payment → Monthly payment
- Sign in to your account on Send Anywhere Website.
- Click your profile in the top right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click Plan.
- Click See all plans in the Your current plan section.
- Click Move to a monthly plan.
- Confirm your payment information and then Click Payment.
