If you didn’t receive the email containing the verification link, or you are having trouble finding the email, read the tips below:
-
Resend a verification email. You'll need to click the verification link in the last mail you received. Any verification links in the old emails will expire as soon as you send an email with a new verification link.
-
Your email address must be valid. If it's dormant, you won't receive emails. Activate your email account and send a verification email again.
-
If you're using a third-party mail app on your mobile device or computer, try logging in to your email provider’s website. For example, if you are a Gmail user, log in to Google to check it.
-
Check your inbox storage. If it's full, you won't be able to receive any more emails.
-
Check your spam. Depending on your email provider, this may be known as a junk folder.
-
Check your trash. Your email provider may have filters that automatically send some emails to your trash folder.
-
Try searching your inbox for emails sent from support@send-anywhere.com
-
Some email providers may experience a delay in receiving the verification email. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the email to arrive.
If you still can't find a verification email, please contact Support Team with your Send Anywhere account.
