How to check Download data usage

Download data usage means traffic data used when downloading files from the links you created. Free members can use 10GB of data per month per account, but you can use more data by subscribing to Send Anywhere Email Add-on. Lite members can use 200GB of data, Standard members can use 500GB of data monthly. You can add more data as needed. (▶ How to add data) 

Check Total Data Usage 

Website 

Check your data usage on Plan page. 

Mobile app 

Click the top left menu and check your Download data usage on More page. 

Desktop app 

Click the profile at the top and check your Download data usage. 

Web Browser Extension / Outlook Add-in  

Check your data usage at the bottom of the file attachment area. 

Check Download data usage for each link. 

Website 

1. Go to My Link. 
2. Hover your mouse cursor over the link. 
3. Click Details icon in the right floating menu. 
4. Check Download data usage. 

Mobile app 

1. Tap My Link at the bottom. 
2. Tap [...] ellipsis icon at the top right of the link item. 
3. Tap Details.  
4. Check Download data usage. 

Desktop app 

1. Click My Link at the top. 
2. Click (⋮) ellipsis icon at the top right of the link item. 
3. Click Details. 
4. Check Download data usage. 

Web Browser Extension / Outlook Add-in  

1. Click [...] ellipsis icon at the top right of the link item. 
2. Click Details. 
3. Check Download data usage.
