How to limit the number of downloads for the link

Send Anywhere Email Add-on subscribers can freely limit the number of downloads for each link in My Link. 

Website 

1. Go to My Link. 
2. Hover your mouse cursor over the link. 
3. Click Details icon in the right floating menu. 
4. Click Edit icon in Downloads. 
5. Enter a number or mark Unlimited. 
6. Click OK. 

Mobile app 

1. Tap My Link at the bottom. 
2. Tap [...] ellipsis icon at the top right of the link item. 
3. Tap Details.  
4. Tap Edit icon in Total downloads / Maximum. 
5. Enter a number or mark Unlimited. 
6. Tap [X] button at the top right.  

Desktop app 

1. Click My Link at the top. 
2. Click (⋮) ellipsis icon at the top right of the link item. 
3. Click Details. 
4. Click Edit icon in Downloads / Maximum.
5. Enter a number or mark Unlimited. 
6. Click [X] button at the top right.  

Web Browser Extension / Outlook Add-in  

1. Click [...] ellipsis icon at the top right of the link item. 
2. Click Details. 
3. Click Edit icon in Total downloads / Maximum. 
4. Enter a number or mark Unlimited. 
5. Click [X] button at the top right.  

※ Please note that premium features are only available for newly created links after you subscribe to Send Anywhere Email Add-on.
