How to set an unlimited link with no expiration date

Send Anywhere Email Add-on subscribers can also set an unlimited link with no expiration date. 

Lite members can create an unlimited link with no expiration date, up to 2 GB, and Standard members up to 5 GB. Storage for unlimited links is provided separately from My Link capacity. 

Set an unlimited link 

Website 

1. Go to My Link. 
2. Hover your mouse cursor over the link. 
3. Click Details icon in the right floating menu. 
4. Click Unlimited in the Expiration date. 

Mobile app 

1. Tap My Link at the bottom. 
2. Tap [...] ellipsis icon at the top right of the link item. 
3. Tap Details.  
4. Tap Unlimited in the Expiration date. 

Desktop app 

1. Click My Link at the top. 
2. Click (⋮) ellipsis icon at the top right of the link item. 
3. Click Details. 
4. Click Unlimited in the Expiration date. 

Web Browser Extension / Outlook Add-in  

1. Click [...] ellipsis icon at the top right of the link item. 
2. Click Details. 
3. Click Unlimited in the Expiration date. 

Check storage for unlimited links 

Website 

1. Go to My Link. 
2. Click All then click Unlimited links. 
3. Check Storage at the top. 

Mobile app  

1. Tap My Link at the bottom. 
2. Tap All in the top center, then tap Unlimited Links. 
3. Check Storage at the top left. 

Desktop app 

1. Click My Link. 
2. Click All in the top right, then click the Unlimited links. 
3. Check Storage at the top left. 

Web Browser Extension / Outlook Add-in  

1. Click Unlimited Links Only. 
2. Check Storage.
