Desktop apps for mac OS can only be downloaded from Send Anywhere official website.
Unfortunately, due to operational reasons, Send Anywhere desktop app is no longer supported in App Store for mac OS.
Please delete the installed desktop app and download the latest version from our official website and install it.
Go to Settings> Security & Privacy and allow apps from App Store and identified developers to use Send Anywhere app seamlessly on your PC.
