Ads are only be removed from Android or iOS devices that use your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account you purchased ad removal in-app.

In-app purchases can take up to 24 hours to be delivered. If you have made an in-app purchase and don’t see it added in the app, wait 24 hours and check again. If it’s still not there, try the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Check the payment went through
If your payment didn’t go through properly you won’t receive the in-app purchase you tried to buy.
2. Force stop, then reopen the app
If you haven't delivered the in-app you bought, try forcing stop and restarting the app.
3. Restart the device
Sometimes restarting the device can help fix in-app purchase issues.
4. Re-login the account you purchased in-app on Play Store or App Store
If you can not log in to the Play Store or the App Store normally, you will not be able to deliver your in-app purchase.
5. Re-install app after switching to purchased account in Play Store if you have multiple Google accounts associated with Android device
1) Remove Send Anywhere app.
2) Click on the upper left menu in Play Store and select the account which you purchased in-app to switch account.
3) Install Send Anywhere app and restore the purchase.
