Due to internal security program or firewall, it is difficult to use Send Anywhere. If you are using our app on your PC at a company or government office, you cannot access Send Anywhere and transfer via Send Anywhere because it is prohibited by the internal security program or firewall.
In this case, you should try to use after setting up a proxy server or to contact the security team.
You can set in Settings> File Transfer> Network Settings> Use Proxy Server in our app.
Even though setting up a proxy server, if you cannot still use Send Anywhere, Send Anywhere app has been designated as an unauthorized program or has been blocked from our domains to prevent network usage, due to the internal security of your company or government.
Unfortunately, this is an internal security issue of your company or government, so we cannot help you anymore.
