Due to an internal security program or firewall, it can be difficult to use Send Anywhere. If you are using our app under a company or government agency network, it is very likely that you cannot use and transfer files via Send Anywhere because it is prohibited by the internal security program or firewall.
You should try to use it after setting up a proxy server or contact your security team. You can set in Settings> File Transfer> Network Settings> Use Proxy Server in our app.
Even though setting up a proxy server, if you cannot still use Send Anywhere, Send Anywhere app has been designated as an unauthorized program or has been blocked from our domains to prevent network usage.
Unfortunately, this is an internal security issue of a company or government agency, so we cannot help you anymore.
