When you create a link through Add-in in Outlook on the Web, expiration date is set to 7 days by default, but you can freely set expiration date up to 1 month. Even if you have already created a link, you can change expiration date at any time and set it as an unlimited link with no expiration date.
- Click 3-dot icon at the top right of the link item.
- Click Details.
- Click Calendar icon in the Expiration date to set an expiration date you want in the calendar. Or click Unlimited in the Expiration date.
※ Send Anywhere Email Add-on Lite members can create links with no expiration date up to 2GB, and Standard members up to 5GB.
