If you cannot download via share-link, please check the following:
Is there under a stable network environment? Send Anywhere is an internet-based service, so an internet connection is required to transfer files. Depending on the network quality you are using, the transmission may be delayed or paused. In this case, check your network condition(network cable, modem, Wi-fi router and so on) or reconnect to Wi-fi. Then download again.
Has the link expired? By default, links created by a free user are set to 48 hour expiration period and links created by a PLUS user are set to 7 days expiration period. Send Anywhere PLUS user can set and extend links of the desired expiration period anytime.
The period set by the user who created the link may have expired. All the files get deleted from the server once it expires for security reasons. So you cannot download them anymore. In that case, please create a new link after uploading the files or ask the sender again.
Is the link deleted? Even if the link has not expired, after the sender deletes the link, the link will expire immediately. So recipients cannot download anymore. In that case, please create a new link by uploading the files or ask the sender again.
Is the file completely uploaded? If the file was not uploaded completely, it can be difficult to download. In that case, please create a new link by uploading the files or ask the sender again.

Also, the file format or codec is not supported by iOS, it will not open in a web browser. In this case, please download and use Send Anywhere app.
Has the link been set to limit download counts? If a sender who created a share-link are a PLUS member, the sender can set up the number of downloads allowed in a share-link. Therefore, depending on how many the number of downloads allowed, there has a limit to the download. In that case, You should ask the sender who shares the file.
Have many users connected to one link at once? The transmission speed will be slowed or it may be difficult to transfer if many users are connected to one link at once. In this case, it is a temporary situation, so please take a moment and try to download again.
Is the link generated a large amount of traffic? It is limited to a specific share-link that causes large amounts of traffic in order to maintain the quality of service and provide users with stable server environments for transfer. If you want to re-share files within the limited link, you'll need to create and share a new link.
