A share-link that causes large amounts of traffic can be limited in order to maintain the quality of service and provide users with stable server environments for transfer. You cannot download files via the limited link. You should ask the sender to create a new link or try our unlimited 1:1 transfer(6-digit key Transfer).
Please note that when you show people the share-link in a public webpage such as social media and community, there is a high possibility of excessive traffic.
